Next, enter your team’s Gallery Code. You will then be provided options to find your PHOTOS. FIND YOUR PHOTOS (Possible Options): *Face Find; Tags; All photos & Favorites. The easiest is Face Find. Upload an image of your child & the system will find every image with your athlete for you. Tags, such as Varsity will present all Varsity athletes, etc. All Photos, allows you to view the entire gallery & finally Favorites, viewing all the images you have loved. This is where you will then order.
***If your code is not working, check the spelling closely. If that is not the issue, your computer is likely using an expired/previously viewed gallery from an earlier session (computer cache). Go to the top of your page under Menu, select Galleries and + ADD NEW GALLERY, then provide the new code.
To Order, First you must “Favorite” your images (Don’t forget to add your Team or Group too). Once you have “Favorite” images, Tap the Shop on the Favorites window.
Next page are the items available, Select Shop All Packages. Select an item & Tap Customize. Here you add an image then Tap Confirm or CROP (Zoom, Move, Rotate, as well as add Retouch for a fee). Team Images have a Loose Border to accomadate all sizes. Zoom in to your liking. With Teams, we like to tap the “+” 1 to 2 times leaving a small border inside the blue line. The LIGHT BLUE LINE signifies the cutoff/edge, don’t go past it. Click Reset during your Edit if you want to start the edit over.
The next window shows your Edit in a Live View. If off-center, Tap the image and Correct or select Reset. ***During Edit, Move, Crop or Zoom, Rotate…take note to re-center the image. **Be mindful of cropping and framing edges, if zooming in closer. The outside of the blue line is the edge of the paper. The LIGHT BLUE LINE around the image signifies the edge, so leave room. Keep a safe distance from the inside of the blue line to ensure your crop is not too close. If a head is near the blue line, move the head away slightly. If text is into the blue, zoom out to safely avoid cropping text. Once satisfied, click Confirm.
If satisfied, Tap Confirm. You item has been added to your cart. Tap Continue Shopping or View Cart. If you would like to change the item or image, Tap the X.
Each item can be fine tuned. Where applicable, every size can be a different photo/pose, so the customer has full control. Be sure to select the correct size for your team picture, playing close attention to the margins and text.
If you have another athlete w/in the Private Gallery, go to the menu at the top and switch Galleries. You will need to provide the code assigned to your other athlete. From there select the new athlete’s images(s) and continue to build your cart.
