How do I order my athlete’s photos? Prior to Picture Day, text the access code for your gallery, provided by the coach/school or email, to 90738 from your mobile device. You will receive a confirmation text, then when the gallery goes live you will receive an announcement text. Be sure your phone service is set to receive 3rd party messages. Your info protected and is NEVER SOLD or TRADED!
I did not receive a text back when I sent the text for the gallery? Make sure that your mobile phone does not have spam blocking and your service provider is not blocking Third Parties, as that will prevent receipt of the gallery text.

How do I order without order forms? Using the code the coach/school provides, text it to 90738 to “OPT IN” to alerts & you will be sent a link when the photos are live. Your info protected and is NEVER SOLD or TRADED!

How do I see my athlete’s published gallery? Send us an email w/your athletes school, sport, level, first & last name. We will send you a link to access.
Do I need to pay in advance? No. You can purchase an Advance Credit which provides the customer with a credit, once the gallery is live. Otherwise simply text the access code to 90738 and you will receive a notification when the gallery is live to view photos.
What do I do with this code the coach/school gave me? Text it to 90738 and you’ll receive the link to the photo gallery once it’s live.
I cannot find my photos in my sports gallery? If you cannot locate your desired photos using All Photos, FaceFind or tag search, use our contact form and provide your details so we can help you directly.
